I was 20 minutes late, but the lady took me in, she was nice and polite and she did her best. However the wash wasn't good, my hair wasn't properly washed before, The blow dry was ok, not the best, just ok, I feel the lady didn't have too much experience, but I appreciate her effort, I think she can get better with time.

My experience at Cocoon was excellent. The stylist really took the time to listen and to understand what I was looking for. She did a wonderful job and I'll definitely be going back.
