Had to re-book appointment for later in the day and the lady on the phone wasn't moody about this so, that was a good start. The lady who washed and cut my hair was very friendly and asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and then she talked me through what she would do. She also, offered me a drink and had a continuous conversation throughout my haircut. Would defiantly recommend to others
Very friendly and well-trained staff. I had a wash, cut and blowdry and was very pleased with the haircut in particular. Speedy and no frills service.
I had a cut and blow dry at Cocoon with Tasha. Friendly staff and pleased with my new haircut. I was given a voucher with money off my next appointment. Salon conveniently located between Stamford Brook and Turnham Green stations.
Tasha was super nice and helpful when it came to discussing what I was looking for in my haircut.

Really friendly staff, clean salon and great haircut. The only extra that I'm not someone that likes to talk too much when having my hair cut and the lady that cut my hair took this cue and let me read magazines without chatting. 😊
