It was the second time I went to Cocoon and really liked it. Staff is very nice and do a great job. Would recommend.

Had to re-book appointment for later in the day and the lady on the phone wasn't moody about this so, that was a good start. The lady who washed and cut my hair was very friendly and asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and then she talked me through what she would do. She also, offered me a drink and had a continuous conversation throughout my haircut. Would defiantly recommend to others
