I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Angela and she was a star! It was my first time at Cocoon and I loved it, definitely will go again. The venue is very welcoming, the staff are friendly and very professional. 5 stars for sure!

Cocoon is a smart salon on the Chiswick High Road about 5 mins walk from Turnham Green Tube. I was greeted warmly and seen immediately by my friendly and professional stylist. I asked for a smooth sleek blow dry which I got.

I really enjoyed my first visit to cocoon. Tasha was lovely and did a great job with my hair. The salon was not crowded but had a gentle buzz and good music playing not too loud in the background. All in all a relaxing experience after a hectic day. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Place looks new, I think the beauty section has been added in last year or so.
Treatment was okay, nothing special. Staff just a little direct and lacking service.

Sylvia was fantastic! Listened to what I wanted and checked with me throughout that I was happy with the cut. Lovely place, lovely staff, I'll definitely be going back and requesting Sylvia again. Very happy.
