This was my first visit to Cocoon- they were professional and friendly through out my treatment. I was trying to manage an awful hair cut I had 6 months ago and my stylist did a great job difusing the situation! I will be back. Thanks

It was just okay. Wasn't offered anything to drink for the first hour even though everyone else around me had drinks. I had color, keratin and a cut. I'm pleased with the color, although I still have dye around my hairline. The cut and keratin I'm on the fence about. I think they took too much off then I really wanted so I'm not pleased about that. And with respect to the keratin, which I've been having done for a number of years now, I'm not sure if it's the brand of product they use or if the hair wasn't flat ironed enough to seal the product in, but it's not as frizz free as I've had previously when I wash and style my hair, which I'm quite disappointed about. It would also be helpful if they inform you at booking that certain stylists only accept cash. It wasn't the biggest deal as the cash point was just up the road, but it was slightly annoying.

Everything from the welcome by receptionist (I was 5 mins early and offered drinks, magazines) to the friendliness, salon presentation and treatment was excellent. A lovely (if having a Brazilian can be!) was first class. Many thanks.
