- Owner was late, turned a pre-booked/paid appointment away. The girl was a teen, her mum came in. If she hadn't, she'd have lost her appointment and her money.
- I wore minimal makeup (brows, some foundation). I let them know. When I looked up my makeup was gone or all over that side of my face. I looked a state, it was horrible.
- My 90 minute appointment took 3.5 hours.
- Next day most of the eyelashes had fallen off. An experience that left me feeling awful also left me down £50.
