Very unhappy with my service and then lack of communication, ignoring your clients is not very professional.
Was really disappointed with my lashes, they looked nothing like what I asked for. They took 2.5 hours, which was ridiculous as it stated it would take 1.5 hours. This inconvenienced me as I had plans after that I had to miss. Not only this, but the lashes have fallen out since I had them done - so they now look uneven, so I’m unsure what to do with them.
Not worth £50 at all.

I had a great experience, I always do, I usually have my appointments with Tatti (who is brilliant) but id booked on a whim and tried different beauticians and they were all brilliant!
