Sammie is a sweet young lady, but needs alot more practice blow drying long hair. I have straight hair anyway, but felt the need to use straighteners afterwards which I normally try to avoid, hence why I go to the hairdressers. The one length trim I'd requested wasn't straight either and had to be evened off by another hairdresser the day after.
Sorry Sammie, hopefully you were just having a one off bad day, but these are basic skills that need to be perfected.

Eyebrows looked no different. Maybe should have just booked in for a wax and tint. Product wasn’t left on long enough
