Couldn't fault the process from start to finish. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Ellie and thoroughly enjoyed everything about my treatment. She answered any questions i had and made the time fly by making me feel extremely comfortable at the appointment, but most importantly i am in love with my eyebrows. You can tell she really is an expert when it comes to brows and you won't leave disappointment. 10/10

I hadn't had a haircut in 10mths and was worried about trying someone new. Yvonne put me at my ease and discussed various options. She listened to my concerns. She guided me through how to recreate it at home and products I could use to get the best effect. I'm thrilled with the result and will happily travel the 70+miles for a haircut with her again
