First time coming to code and I have to say is Wain just is absolutely amazing.. He just seemed to get me and my style the cut is amazing and more than I could have wished for infact never has a hairdresser cut my hair so perfectly and it’s exceeded my expectations by miles.. I’ve booked for a colour in a few wks , have to say also Wain is lovely , really chatty and friendly and I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in !!! Thanks Wain look forward to returning

The colour I wanted was not what I received. I was shown a colour, said no, the hairdresser came back to say it was the same colour that was used in the photo I showed. I feel like she should have known it wouldn't turn out right because it was meant to be copper and it came out dark red. She said it would fade but it was a totally different colour. I've since been to my usual hairdresser and they have fixed it, but I've wasted £100. They offered to fix it, butI didn't trust them in all honesty.
