The colour I wanted was not what I received. I was shown a colour, said no, the hairdresser came back to say it was the same colour that was used in the photo I showed. I feel like she should have known it wouldn't turn out right because it was meant to be copper and it came out dark red. She said it would fade but it was a totally different colour. I've since been to my usual hairdresser and they have fixed it, but I've wasted £100. They offered to fix it, butI didn't trust them in all honesty.
