I went in for a cut and colour that was supposed to take an hour and a half, and I was finished (happily!) in about an hour! Cody is very efficient, listening to what you have to say and not trying to talk you into anything more dramatic. She's also very personable, she'll have a chat but it wont feel like she's hovering. I'll be back!
