The staff are lovely and my haircut is just what I wanted. They spent time explaining all the different treatment options to me and I'm really happy with the results. Shall be back

I’m so glad I found this little gem! The service is excellent and the ambience is so relaxing you feel like you are being pampered throughout! I had the keratin treatment done twice as it has completely changed my wild coarse hair, it’s now a lot more smoot, shiny and bouncy. The treatment also lasted 4 months! I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

So pleased I stumbled across Cognito. I'm always nervous going to a new hairdresser but Shareefa listened to what I wanted and I was really pleased with the results. Will definitely return!
