Cannot recommend this salon enough. Very stylish, friendly team and feels homely. Shareefa pays a lot of attention and gives expert advice, a lot more care than I have received from any other salon. Great value for money. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I've been a customer of Cognito Hair since they opened and the service is truly second to none. They pay a lot of detail to the smaller things aswell as the service they provide which makes your experience that extra bit special. Environment they have created is very clean and fresh and you feel calm and relaxed through the treatments and service provided.
The stylist really listens to what you want and gives helpful tips on how to upkeep styles and colour in my instance.
A great way to spend a little bit of time out for myself and away from the stresses of work and constant on the go family life, something I look forward to.

Got my hair colour balayage done here; I've never coloured my hair before so this was a big deal for me! But Shareefa did a great consultation and even tested out the colours I was thinking of on snippets of my hair so I could decide with confidence. The salon itself is very cute and stylish, and they offer a lovely customer experience.
