I love everything about Cognito they are very friendly and informative. I am pleased with the care that Shareefa takes with my hair and her professionalism makes me feel confident in her abilities. They also make your hairdressing experience worthwhile with lovely biscuits and hot drinks! The atmosphere is very pleasant and I feel very comfortable.
