I've been to CoLaz a few times now and have been happy with the service. Had my first Hollywood Wax at my last visit. I had quite a few stray hair that I had to point out to the beautician which seemed quite obvious to me. She wasn't able to get all of them which I was disappointed with. The room wasn't as tidy as I would have liked on this occasion with what appeared to be dirty towels draped on some of the equipment. I would still give them another go as I've been satisfied in previous visits and staff are nice and make you feel at ease.
