The treatment room was beautiful, the best I've seen in Reading. However the facial was underwhelming. I was not asked if I was warm enough (standard practice in facials) I was quiet cold. The facial was disturbed twice by other members of staff coming in. And the facial finished within 50 minutes not the hour it was meant to take. I would not visit again. Disappointed!
