It was my first time at Colaz, first time using treatwell and the first time I had this particular treatment. Treatwell was an easy service to use with excellent beauty salon recommendations. Colaz was a clean and friendly salon, I was made to feel comfortable and it had a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The beautician also made me feel comfortable and did a brilliant job, better than I expected as previous salons have been unable to meet expectations. I will definitely be returning to Colaz for future treatments. Thank you.

Eyebrow wax done by Claire was appalling. Left underneath my eyebrow raw which has now scabbed and looks like it will likely scar. The wax was terrible quality and she reused the same stick, meaning she was putting bacteria back into the wax that would presumably be used again on someone else. She also did a pretty awful job of shaping them, they are wonky. Shadi, the manager, did my bikini wax and was fairly pleasant and friendly. She carried out the wax fairly well but it was a strip wax with poor quality wax so left a horrible sticky residue but also caused a lot of bleeding. I have never experienced this bleeding before with hot wax.
