I had got into the branch to find out that Treatwell had not sent my booking to the branch. I was very angry as I had booked through the app and I had booked 2/3 weeks ago and in need of a waxing treatment before Saturday. However, the staff at reception was ever so kind and had done it for me although she was busy. Thank you for being efficient.

enjoyed micro with led treatment, skin felt very soft.
the only concern was the waiting time - booked for 15:15 got treatment only at 15:40, no apologies received.

I was very happy with my experience at Colaz today. It was a much better experience than my previous visit, as the beautician took extra care of my skin and ensured that I was okay. This was my second visit to this branch and I will definitely be visiting again to get my waxing done.
