I had got into the branch to find out that Treatwell had not sent my booking to the branch. I was very angry as I had booked through the app and I had booked 2/3 weeks ago and in need of a waxing treatment before Saturday. However, the staff at reception was ever so kind and had done it for me although she was busy. Thank you for being efficient.

I was very happy with my experience at Colaz today. It was a much better experience than my previous visit, as the beautician took extra care of my skin and ensured that I was okay. This was my second visit to this branch and I will definitely be visiting again to get my waxing done.
