The staff member who had done my waxing was very friendly and talkative and she made the waxing experience better however I had wax left over on my body which was not pleasant as I have had waxing done in other places and this has never been the case and also there were many areas that had not been done properly.

The waxing itself was great, but I felt like her comments regarding other things and how they needed changing were a bit rude. The waxing was spot on though!
The lady who did my waxing left serevaal spots unwaxed which was very disappointing and as a consumer, customer satifaction needs to be of A1 quailty which i feel i didnt recive it from the staff member who did my waxing hence im very upset because i have visited this same place before and recived great service and this time around im just upset it wasnt the same experinece.
