I wish I could say something good but this was the worst waxing appointment I've ever had. On arrival, the flat smelt extremely strongly of chemicals to the point I was coughing. I wasn't given any comment on it so I asked what it was and was told by the lady that she sprayed the floor all over with something. Why she did it just before I arrived I don't know. Secondly, she just stayed in the room and told me to undress, I expected her to at least give me some privacy or a towel to cover myself after taking off my knickers. Finally the waxing itself was horrible, I got a Brazilian which I've done many times, and I've never had a waxing specialist wax one entire side of the genitals and take it all off in one go! It was evidently extremely painful and she didn't even apologise. Then when she did the back, the wax was far too hot that I think she burned me and when I complained she said it was too late. She should have tested the heat on me first. Will definitely never go back and I really don't recommend her.
