I am of a certain age where sadly I now need a facial. I'm also of an age where I've tried lots. This was the best facial I have ever had. After I immediately booked for my mum and will be going back ....it's been three days and I can still see the effect.
What was really good about this facial was there were no gimmicks, no expensive creams, just Pim's hard work, professionalism and experience firing out like magic through her fingers.
For those of you seasoned facial goers, it's not a normal facial...for those first timers, don't think you will ever get this elesewhere.
I defy you to be unhappy with the results.

I book the cut and blow dry appointment on such a short notice the night before. Pleasantly greeted by the staff. The place is clean and modern. I had a chat with Sylvia and explained to her what I want done. She is attentive and lovely, my hair was in a bad mess and she has manage to fit me in for a hair colour. I just wish I had the proper balayage and manage to plan it better. Overall I'm a happy customer and would definitely comeback again.

This was my first visit to Collections and I will definitely be going back! My hair looked amazing when I left and I couldn't wait to show it off. I have really curly hair and have found it difficult to find somewhere that knows how to style and cut my hair but it was perfect. The salon itself is lovely, all the staff made me feel welcome and Silvia who did my hair was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going back soon!

I am extremely fussy and have had the same hairdresser for 25 years! However, I wanted a change to balayage and somewhat anxiously wanted to try somewhere new. Ania took time to explain the process and spent time initially discussing exactly what I wanted to achieve and we used images which was great.
She exceeded my expectations - I love the colour and will definitely be going back, She knows her stuff!
