My appointment started 30 minutes late which annoyed me a bit as I had had to sort out childcare to be there, but Pim apologised (it was the previous client who had held her up) & made sure that I was ok to finish 30 minutes later than planned before we started. Well I have to tell you that it was well worth the delay - Pim was wonderful. She listened to the reason I was there for that particular treatment, looked at the problem areas & spotted what was wrong. She used techniques that I've not seen before & you could tell that she really knew her stuff. I will most certainly be going back there for another treatment as soon as I can, I was really impressed.
