My spa therapist was lovely - very attentive & precise, so I’m really happy with the overall finish of my manicure & pedicure. However I was left waiting for 35 minutes when I arrived on time. I was told my lady was just finishing up, but this wasn’t the case. I ended up having to reschedule my pedicure as I ran out of time on my parking ticket.
More foot scrub on bottom of feet to remove more hard skin.
Longer foot massage.
I had my appointment with Francesca who was really friendly and gave me an excellent blunt cut (so happy with it!)
I didn't end up having balayage/ombre done as after a strand test it appeared that my hair would literally disintegrate! After some solid advice on hair care, and colouring Francesca helped me decide to opt for a slighter darker tone, which looks so much more natural and healthier - thanks again!! Will definitely be returning in the future.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The salon is beautiful and staff very friendly.
Charlotte did a fab job of my fingers and toes, will definitely be returning 😀
