I was really chuffed to find a £55 deal for balayage which was almost half price as some high street salons. When I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and was well accommodated. I love my balayage and the whole experience was great. However, my stylist charged me an extra £50 when I got to the till. She had used an Olaplex treatment on me which I felt forced into accepting. As she was bleaching my hair, it made sense to have the treatment but she didn't tell me the price until after I had agreed to it. Then, when I went to the till I heard her say that she was adding £20 on for toner; she didn't tell me that she was charging me for the toner, which I thought would have been included in the £55 price of the treatment. I'm a student so finding that bargain was great for me, but I actually ended up paying more than I would have, had I gone back to the high street salons, which is a shame.

Very welcoming salon. Really pleased with haircut, Ella did exactly what I asked for, will be rebooking.
A warm welcome and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my pedicure with Charlotte, having previously read the reviews I was expecting an amazing pedicure and it surpassed my expectations. I’ve already told 6 of my friends that they need to book an appointment. Please all don’t book as I want to go back 😜
