Charlotte was lovely and gave great attention to detail ie: my feet. My toe nails were painted after my shoes were on but unfortunately when I got home there was a smudge. I was surprised at the room I had my treatment in, steep stairs to get to it and quite a high bed to climb on to. I am almost sixty but reasonably agile, however I think some people might have a problem. No bad reflection on Charlotte or Collections but maybe more information should be given.

A really lovely salon, very friendly staff and a relaxed, non-pretentious atmosphere. My stylist's recommendation for (different) highlights was great.
