Lovely lady she was so sweet, but I got a haemorrhoid from this treatment (still little bit of blood a week later) and she didn't give me any diet advice, how to avoid constipation and bloating, or share medical knowledge like other places I've been to in London. And she left me lying on my left side the whole time where as multiple other places I've been to move you onto your back after the first 5 mins. I don't know whether this had anything to do with how I got a haemorrhoid?

So glad I had this & went here. Receptionist was friendly. Liz put me at ease straight away & made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She also gave me some great tips and advice. I have already booked my next visit with them. I wasn't rushed out after and was able to sit in the waiting area for as long as I wanted.
