This was my first colonic and I will definitely return here. Liz is very experienced, knowledgeable and personable - which made for a very comfortable treatment. She answered all my questions and talked me through everything as it was happening, which left me feeling far more in tune with my body. She also recommended some brilliant supplements to help improve my skin, gut and overall health.
