The blow dry was absolutely fantastic and Bayleigh was excellent. However, the owner asked for a £10 surcharge for thick hair right as I was leaving, which was not made clear at the start and I was not charged this when I visited for the same service previously.

Victoria was so caring and thorough my hair lasted ALL DAY AND NIGHT which is a feat as my hair is straight! She really made me feel at ease and she gave me exactly what I wanted!
