The balayage colour turned out great in the end however during the appointment we did have a few issues with the blending but after some discussions he fixed it and I was happy with it. However my cut on one side was uneven and despite communicating with the manager after the appointment and sending pictures of the cut, he promised to look into a solution for me and I have since been ignored with no response.
They also failed to communicate a change of stylist last minute
They didn’t listen to what I wanted and when I complained about the colour being wrong kept saying things like ‘it’s just the lighting in here it’s not that colour’ when I could see it looked awful. Hated the results
