Waste of time and money. She didn't follow my request at all and made my hair as she likes and had her own idea. Then rudely tried to defense herself. Very, very disappointed

The salon has changed after Covid, getting an appt is very complicated as the salon closes early as well as Sundays and Mondays. I have been coming here for 10 years but it’s really on the edge for me to change. I had booked an appt for earlier this month, which got cancelled as the hairdresser was ill, which is fine, it was rescheduled 3 weeks after and then I got a cancellation message 45min before my appt. When I called it wasnt but only the highlights were booked. They lost my colour history
New to the area and took a risk with a new salon and I was not disappointed. Beatrice did an amazing blonde colour on me I was delighted!
