Jenny has been doing my brows and lashes for years and I have never once been disappointed with her service. She always fits me in, even when it may not be convenient for her. I have been to many many salons, expensive ones up London but since meeting Jenny I have been a loyal customer. Her lashes literally are the best I've ever had!!!
She does most of my beauty treatments, eyebrows, lashes, nails, waxing and she is fairly priced.
She gave up her salon for the good of the country, allowing a vaccination centre to use her usual space, to help ppl-I don't personally see anything wrong with that!!
As for waiting 15 mins for your treatment it isn't the biggest upset in the world and doesn't happen frequently...and honestly you will leave Jenny feeling like a queen💃🏻

I arrived for my appointment on time but was told to come back in 15 minutes because she ‘forgot’ I was coming. When she was ready I sat in a chair at the nail station with no extra lighting - for an eyebrow wax. The salon is not a relaxing experience and was very untidy plus unclean. It is located in a building where Covid vaccinations are taking place so you have to walk down a corridor full of people waiting to be jabbed. The technician didn’t wear a mask despite the new Covid rules
