I arrived for my appointment on time but was told to come back in 15 minutes because she ‘forgot’ I was coming. When she was ready I sat in a chair at the nail station with no extra lighting - for an eyebrow wax. The salon is not a relaxing experience and was very untidy plus unclean. It is located in a building where Covid vaccinations are taking place so you have to walk down a corridor full of people waiting to be jabbed. The technician didn’t wear a mask despite the new Covid rules
