I usually don't write negative reviews out of my presumption that people always try their best, but some things are worth mentioning. I did not think the place was clean enough (they said this room was a temporary arrangement, so I believe it will improve soon). I did not enjoy the treatment. There was a payment and pricing issue.
In hindsight, it is also fair to mention that they were kind enough to reschedule my appointment for me twice (!), so that balances out a little of the other issues.

This was my second time and it did not disappoint. I felt like I was really pampered. I felt great when leaving. My skin was glowing and my nails were sparkling. I was well taken care of, I look forward to booking again.

The most unrelaxing and bizarre experience for spa treatments I’ve ever had.
I wasn’t informed that the normal location was out of use and so the treatments were conducted in a commercial office space that just felt very odd.
The actual facial and massage were on given the circumstances, but the therapist made a phone call during the massage and continued to massage me whilst on the phone which was just bizarre and completely ruined any relaxation.
Overall a very strange experience, and not at all worth the price.
