The salon is dirty. There are flies everywhere and the surfaces and chairs are not clean. I seen a member of staff using different tools on different peoples hands without cleaning them. In the same sitting the owner was shouting at a girl who was not happy with her nails. Imagine speaking up for something that was clearly not the same design and shape and being shouted out. Do not go to this salon.

Firstly even though I had already prepaid on Treatwell for a particular service when I got there they then tried to charge me extra ontop of this. When I told them that this is fine and it not paying extra the lady began irate and saying she never asked to sign up to Treatwell. I think they are just scamming people and assuming they will just pay the extra to avoid confrontation. I will not be returning

Booked on day. I don't feel rushed here and they are pleasant and polite. They placed a fan nearby as the day was really humid and hot. Chair was good position for me as I have mobility problems. The polish they did before I went on holiday took some getting off despite it only being ordinary polish (not gel).
