First time getting a wax and Jenny really made me feel at ease! Such a funny lady and really encouraging. The wax itself was uncomfortable but not painful (maybe I have a high pain threshold?!) but I think the worse feeling was the anticipation as it was all new to me. Newly converted and will go back!

Admittedly it didn't get off to the best start as I was the 1st appt of the day and there was no-one there when I arrived. I'd missed the call to let me know she was running late. that said I can honestly say it's the best wax I've ever had! as painless as it's possible for a Hollywood to be! will def be going back.
