Jenny is so lovely and welcoming as well as being great at her job. Anyone that has been waxed before will know it can be a painful experience but Jenny makes sure you are as comfortable as possible. Her great conversation also distracts you from the pain. She never fails to make me smile and we can even have a good giggle. Great service overall.
