Unhappy.
Good stuff first:
1) managed to get last minute appointment on Boxing Day (booked 45 mins before)
2) the place is super close to the Dlr station
3) lady who did my nails was the owner herself who is a very welcoming person
On the flip side:
1) the place is CRYING for a good clean up - everything is covered in either dust or dirt, the customer chair you can see on the pic is broken and super uncomfy, nail polish selection is super old and dried out, also covered in dust, wonder if there are any hygiene standards that must apply.
2) its barely a “salon” - its basically two rooms in the basement without a window.
3) I booked for a “gel manicure with nail art” - “art” part seems to be super basic or maybe its art nouveau 😂🤷🏻♀️ (unfortunately cant add any pics)
4) in my understanding “a manicure” should include some sort of cuticle clean up, which wasnt offered (I didnt mind bcs, again, hygiene)
5) Icing on the cake - at some point there was a man who came in to the next empty room (with that yellow “treatment in progress do not disturb” sign and started snoring super loud.
😂 Super relaxing spa experience for me - I guess.

good massage, not easy to find the place (no instructions were given), unless you already know the place. location is good.
