Dreadful - the room looks nothing like the picture, it’s small and dirty. The massage bed does not have a hole for your face so I had to awkwardly put my head to the side, causing more neck ache then before I arrived. The phone rang twice during my 30min massage, once she picked up and proceeded to throw the phone on to my bum when she finished the call, a bit later some guy walked in no excuses were made. I had to ask for a towel to cover myself and she gave me no privacy to undress. The lady is nice but honestly it feels very amateurish, it was not a relaxing experience at all.

My original appointment was cancelled last minute, and the second appointment took almost 2 hours as she kept answering the phone taking personal calls, which I found quite unprofessional. It seems like low quality lashes were used as they are falling out as two stuck together, more like pre-fanned lashes, and not individual as advertised.
