First time visiting this salon and was made to feel welcome, offered refreshments. Staff listened to what I wanted and I'm very pleased with the result. They checked I was happy throughout with the length, style and colour of my nails. Thank you ☺

Nails looked good after communicating with a second person on how I wanted them but at the end the nail person got distracted and just wandered off before finishing so a third person ended up finishing my nails. 24hrs later the white is coming off.

Overall I am satisfied with the pedicure, but... My appointment was booked for a certain time and I had to wait 40 minutes because there were other people already being served on my arrival. It was Sunday and I had plans that I had to delay. I felt like my treatment was rushed. I was also asked to pay an additional fee as the prices on the website are out of date?? And that was even that I had to wait for such a long time! This is not a way to run a business.
