There are quite a few nail bars near us and I have been going to the same one for years. However, I was dissatisfied with the customer service - I was never warmly greeted and there was no attempt to engage me in conversation. So I decided to try somewhere new and couldn’t believe the difference. This nail bar totally understands customer service. They great you by name and remember details of your life to ask about. And they offer you a drink and have little treats available.
