I thought this location was lovely and my hairdresser was really kind. The reason for the lower stars is because I was told I couldn’t have a full head without paying £50 more due to ‘lockdown roots’ I explained that I thought this was weird since I usually only do my hair once a year anyway, even without lockdown, and I have never had a problem. they ended up giving me a half head instead for the same cost. I also explained that my hair is naturally very fair so it wouldn’t need much to be bleached but I ended up with white on the top of my hair and my natural colour underneath. It looks quite weird so i called the hairdresser to ask to get the underneath done and I said I’d be happy to pay the £50 more as I was so unhappy with my hair but I was told I missed the deal on the day and it would now cost £75. In the end I have gone to another hairdresser to get it fixed.
Shame to leave a bad review as the hairdresser was really lovely and she spent so long on my hair but it just doesn’t really look right.
I had my hair done on Saturday- a full head colouring and I was so happy with the results! My hair looks so vibrant and bright and was exactly what I wanted!

Absolutely amazing! Have nothing bad to say. I went in with very grown out and strangely coloured hair post lockdown and I was given great advice and the team at the salon did everything they could to achieve the bright blonde that I was looking for. I’m glad to say they succeeded! Excellent service from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend it more. Already booked my next appointment and looking forward to going back. Nothing to fault - absolutely 10/10.
