My overall experience is positive! Beatris is sweet and talented. However, I asked to cut a couple of centimetres and she cut about 6 cm! My hair is shorter than expected and requested, but I didn't make a fuss. As long as the haircut is good, I'm happy with it: hair will grow back nicer and stronger!
