Jess is absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job of my hair! The only woman I will trust thinning it from this day forward. I couldn't be happier with the cut. Great atmosphere in the salon and I will almost certainly be back on a Friday night. Thanks guys 😊
Elle is a wonderful stylist! My hair always comes out exactly as I want, if not better! She is also very nice and attentive.
The salon was really accommodating in re booking my appointment after I missed the email about needing a patch test 48 hours in advance. Even though they were busy they did what they could to fit me in a few days later and this was much appreciated after waiting 6 months to get it done with lockdown! Really good balyage and colour!

I think the staff must have been experiencing some sort of technical problem or having a bad day because the atmosphere in the salon was tense and the staff seemed to be in a bad mood. I felt as though they wanted me out as soon as possible and didn’t feel as though they paid much attention to what I was asking for. The colour is fine, although my balayage isn’t well blended and I think the toner was rushed. The cut was good, but the blow dry was also rushed. Overall it was a negative experience
