Ausra was amazing! cut my hair beautifully and really took the time go through exactlywhat I was looking for.
Turned up and refused treatment, ensure you have a in person consultation first even if you go for a patch test they won’t advise you on the service.

I was very disappointed I had an all over blonde colour done by a senior stylist she put the toner on my hair after bleaching and left it on to long so i ended up with purple hair she went off to cut another clients leaving me to have my hair washed by a trainee who was very sweet but unaware of how to get the toner out my hair after numerous washes I still had purple hair and was told dont worry it's not permanent will wash out eventually no apology given poor customer service
