very unhappy with cut told hair stylist I need to be able to put my hair behind my ears as on computer all day at work. hair far too short to do that. disappointed. colour was good as were the staff. need to listen to what customer is asking for.

My first ever colour treatment and it was good. I didnt quite know what to expect and if the colour I wanted would sit on my dark hair. In the end it all went well and the colour looks good.
I was disappointed with the cut because I went shoulder length after 15+ years. The colour took so long and I have extremely thick hair that it must have tired my hair dresser. At first the length was not cut short enough and when I asked for it to get shorter, it was cut till the shortest steplevel and the steps were completely forgotten about. Anyway we were both tired I guess and I couldnt be bothered to tell what I wanted the third time.
In brief, colour was great and cut was lacking.
