I’m always waiting min. of 30 mins every time I’ve booked an appointment because they take walk in’s at busy times. Staff bounce between multiple clients so the appt takes longer but they rush on the nails to get people in and out.

Very little care was taken given to my natural nails. I had four different people working on me and my thumb was in pain afterwards. They don’t do full biab and only take cash.
