Clean and aesthetically appealing salon. Generally nice staff but customer care lacking. No clipping cuticles, which is a nice (usual) perk. Not the friendliest tech but nails were nice.

They took me late. I paid for gel nails and they gave me acrilyc instead, which is not good for me.
Got a few cuts and got asked to pay extra at the end. I wanted a design of nails and they criticized the style that I like. What matters is the client experience and this was pretty messy : wrong technique, late and not satisfactory.
