Lovely! The staff member (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) was very polite and professional and made me feel comfortable, she listened to any concerns I had and the treatment was wonderful. My only niggle would be that I prefer a quieter massage to be able to relax into it rather than chatting all the way through, but I'm sure if I'd have been brave enough to ask her not to worry about making small talk then we'd have been fine!
