Went in for toner, I did not know hair will not be hair-dryer dried only towel dried so had to walk home with wet hair. I have used CHS before for my color treatment. Would have paid extra for blow dry but seemed they were fully booked that day.

I was left waiting 35 minutes before being seen to, if I didn't say anything it would have been longer. They was only one hairdresser there and she was busy dying someone's hair. My hair then was cut super quick and doesn't look healthy like normal.
