The lady was clearly over run and had taken too many appointments with too little staff - she had to jump from client to client - it’s obviously not her fault but you go to the hairdresser to relax and chill - i didn’t get a haircut as I didn’t want to stay there any longer. The colour was nothing like what I’d asked for and overall a poor experience for £75. There were student swarming in and out for sunbed sessions. Will not be returning
